My boyfriend is a felon for domestic violence on hos ex-wife and he about to finish college for teaching? And I needed to know is it still possible for him to get his license in texas or should we move to another state so he can get his license? Are can another state check his background to see if he has a felony? Because I am not sure how that works? I thought if you have a felon in that state, that's for that state only? Please advise me...thanks in advance for your comments.
in the UK teachers under go police checks before hired...
and this seems to be the case in texas too..
he will not get hired to work as a teacher with a cretain criminal record like the nature and if they were serious but he can apply for a pardon and if excepted can reapply for a teaching job.
