Does a camera lens have to focus out for the camera to be good/take good pictures?

Answer #1

No, I personally don’t think it does have to focus, because everyone has their own opinion on what a ‘good’ picture looks like.

Answer #2

So, if I chose a camera where the lens doesn’t go out the pictures would still be the same?

Answer #3

Manual focus gives you much more flexibility than autofocus… so if you get a camera that focuses automatically you’re paying a price for the convenience of not having to focus. The best pictures are the ones where you decide what to focus on.

Answer #4

I think to a degree it can be subjective.. but if you have a subject in the foreground and mountains in the back, and the camera focuses on the mountains, it’s not going to be a good picture at all, by anyone’s standards.

Answer #5

Not nessiarily, the quality might not be the same or, the picture might not be focused, but In some peoples perspectives, they will think its a good picture, and other people will think its a bad picture

Answer #6

No, you didn’t understand my question lol. The camera lens doesn’t pop out, like at all. If it doesnt pop out at all are the pictures bad?

Answer #7

you mean its supposed to pop out and it didn’t?

Answer #8

Nooo lol it’s just not made to pop out.
