Some days in the past, i would shovel 20 tons (a wagon full)of soil myself and wheel barrowed it from 10m to 25m away in a day ...Considered a hard days work my all i am sure...But what i want to know is how can you measure caloies burnt?how many would i have burnt?...I need big size meals and i am slim.
