Napp pretty much got it right. For the macros, all the eggs have the same which is:
4.5g Fat (1.5g Sat.) 0-1g Carb (if you choose to count it) 6g Protein
This is for a full egg with yolk. If you separate the yolk and only eat the whites, then get rid of the fat and subtract 2g from the protein. Don't forget to eat the yolks because they are a good source of HDL (good) cholesterol which help fight heart disease, obesity, and other known illnesses from LDL.
I eat about 5-8 eggs/day which comes out to be 35-56 eggs a week.
In chicken eggs there are:
approx 72 -78 calories in 1 large size egg approx 80 calories in 1 extra large size egg approx 90 calories in 1 jumbo size egg
60-80 hhaa yea its alot lol thats why i eat TONS of em they will hopefully help me gain weight lol
