There’s a few different types of health freaks - Hypochondriac, orthorexic, germaphobe…
You dont call the person anything? There’s several possible diagnoses if they meet the clinical range. A hypochondriac is scared that they are already sick. So they think a headache means a brain tumor, a spot is skin cancer, etc etc. Someone with OCD concerning germs has obsessive thoughts about germs and so compensates by constant washing. Someone who has a germ phobia is scared of becoming sick. Etc etc etc
