Where can I buy baker's white chocolate?

Everywhere I go I can only find normal chocolate and dark chocolate, but I can’t find white chocolate. I’ve been to bulk barn, Walmart, lots of grocery stores. Can I substitute it with just white chocolate?

Answer #1

try a specialty bakery store! these stores often offer cake decorating classes as well. i’m sure they will either have it or know where you can find it! goodluck :)

Answer #2

Hmm….Wal-Mart, grocery stores, and any store with baking supply’s should carry baker’s white chocolate. Are you sure they didn’t have it…did you ask? The only other place that I could think of to buy it from is online.

Answer #3

Any local grocery store should sell them. I actually sold some today and I work at a local grocery chain. They’re expensive, though (close to $10 a lb.), I would recommend Wal-Mart.

Answer #4

You should be able to find it in the baking aisle in your local grocery store.
