Because i was late up i went to sleep around 12 midnight and had only around 6 hour of sleep iam so tired cause iam used to sleep 8 hours how can i bust my energy levels up without using energy drinks.
If you're looking for immediate energy boosts, they don't really exist. The quickest thing for me is a 5 hour energy, but you really don't wanna take one of those unless you have to. Carbohydrates and water are the best things to get you moving.
if I need boost me up in morning i use this method: 1. wash face on cold water. 2. little morning workout : crunches, squats, splits, etc... 3. then breakfast: breakfast, no coffee, if you want can take green tea
drink gaterade and/or coffee..dont drink too much of it after too much caffene will make you too hyper. Drink cold water. Take a walk outside. Pour your face with cold water. Take a warm shower.

You can actually buy morning washes that are designed to wake you up, and keep skin healthy, one brand that sells 'em, Clean & Clear....Hope it helped
Stretching is must ,after u wake up just stretch your muscles take a deep breath. Go for a walk early in the morning u feel fresh and energetic
wash your face with cold water or some people say chewing gum wakes you up and helps you fuction during the morning.
Drink a glass of cold water. It honestly works wonders.
