Bring back deleted files!

Okay, I must have accidentally deleted my science coursework. But I searched for it in hidden files and it shows the shortcut But when I click on it, it says it’s been changed or moved, so it will no longer work properly.. But it can’t have been fully deleted cause it’s still on my computer! Pleaseee help, it’s in for tommorow! o.O xxx

Answer #1

If you go to the recycling bin on your computer/laptop it should have the file on there and then if you click on it you can click restore on that then you have it again

Answer #2

If you have it deleted (after it was in the recycling nbin) its gone… That was probably a system shortcut for it when it was there… If it has a browse feature then click that. and select EXACTLY where you had it before deleting it.

Answer #3

Can you look in your recycle bin? Unless you delete it by hitting shift, delete, then it should still be in the recycle bin. Or if you happened to empty your recycle bin while it was in there. Just look around for places where you may have accidentally put it without realizing it.

Answer #4

I met this problem before. You need to check the recycle bin first to see if the deleted files can be found. If they are there, Click “Restore” to bring them back easily. If they are not (that’s what I met), Use some data recovery software to see if they will help. For example: TestDisk - [link removed] Wondershare Data Recovery - [link removed]
