orthodontists wont give you braces just because you want them tho, you have to be accepted... they dont give them to you for appearence reasons you have to have a problem lol well atleast thats what my orthodontist told me, I had 8 out of 10 problems on the sheet, I believe you had to have 3 or more problems
depends if you have insurance, how much it covers what orthodontics you go through but from what i've seen they can be thousands of dollars not including extra fees, such as when I break something my mom pays $90 to get it fixed, theyre pretty expensive and painful
Oh yeah i've had bad experiences with a new lady but slipped and cut my mouth open haha but overall braces are worth it to me :) Expanders do suck though, i'm about to get forsus springs and I have no idea what to expect.
I have no idea what those even are? but that kind of stuff happens to me everytime I go in.. one time a lady told me it didnt hurt and stop.. like she knows if it hurts me lol and ohh that sounds like it hurt :/
really? lucky! and yeaah mine hurt all the time. i got an expander thing and the lady had to break it out of my mouth and my mouth was full of blood and my gums were numb :/ lol
Do you have dental insurance? Mine costed about $6000. Go into an orthodontist for an exam and they can tell you, your options and what you'd expect to cost :)
I know, I haven't been to the orthodontist yet but at the dentist they said that I really needed them and I had 8 out of 10 problems also.
You just need to go into an orthodontist and have them to an evaluation. They'll be able to tell you how much it'll cost :)
I like have to have them because my teeth don't go together because I sucked on my thumb when I was little!
yes, the recommend you get them, you dont have to get them though, to me its not really worth the pain lol
Really? I've never had much pain with my braces at all. Their totally worth it to me haha.
Also they said that they would recommend me?
Yes i do have insurance
I mean expect to pay.
mine cost $6000
