What would make you have to blow your nose multiple times a day, but you're not sick?

is their something to take for that?

Answer #1

What could make it do that is an allergy, irritation, maybe caused by pollen in the air. You can use a saline nasal spray (available over the counter at pharmacies) every day in the morning and evening. That should reduce the irritation you are experiencing.

Answer #2

It sounds like allergies. There are allergy pills like Sinutab that may help. I would also suggest trying to figure out what has caused it so you can hopefully eliminate it or at least minimize your exposure to it. Have you added something new in your house? A new cleaner, perfume, pet, etc?

No new things, I have been this for a couple yrs, it doesn’t come and go and its worst when I get up in the morning
