Why do I bloat up if i won't get periods?
It's called bloating, not blotting. Just so you know.
Bloating is a part of being a woman. Water retention happens. Just drink lots of water to keep your body moving and fluid so that it doesn't retain. Get a water bottle that's easy to drink out of (don't just keep refilling a plastic water bottle you got from the store--get a real water bottle). Keep it with you and filled with fresh water all the time and keep sipping off of it.
I normally get bloated just a few days before my period, i think its water retention, i take aqua ban tablets for it. I find it really helps. When i get bloated i sometimes cant do my trousers up!
