Some exercise will get your blood pumping, and in theory speed the process, but that's never been proven in fact.

if you drink lots of water, not too muxch though, a few glases, then the alcohol should be gone by them it might stay in your bloodtream for a bit longer though, so I dont know if youll pass but you know the best way to pass? dont drink and especially dont drink if you know your going to have random or regular alcohol tests because thats just stupid
