I usually eat a breakfast of fruit and tuna, the egg as a snack then run 12 miles. I'm pretty sure my blood sugar drops after my run because I get light headed and real nauseous until I eat a piece of chocolate or candy.
when you run you are suppose to carry water with you. put lemon slices in your water or carry a shot of cranberry juice with you (the healthiest fruit juice i can think of). i dont like gatorade but it may help. if you could just bring some type of fruit in a bag that would be the best i believe.
this might sound like a bad idea but drink coke lol it has sugar in it or have those drinks with gluton in it unless ur alergic to gluton then don't stick to water x
i suffer from low blood sugar but i dont have diabetes. it is possible to have sugar problems without it being diabetes related so no worries.
i have a wellness check in a few weeks. It runs in my family I just hope I don't have it. It'll mess up alot of things for me
well yea some people are like that but she still has a chance btw katherine good luck that u dont!
i would do what flor saidbring some really healthyfoods and drinks with a good amount of sugar
btw you could have a chance of diabetes not tryin to freak you out but its possible
Eat a peanut butter sandwhich about 20 minutes before you run.
If I eat anything less than an hour before I run I get sick
