If it’s on a fabric, run it through or soak it in cold water first, then wash it.

Depends, don’t wash in hot water because that sets the stain. If cold wash doesn’t get them out you might try hydrogen peroxide. Peroxide does eat up blood but it can also ruin or bleach some fabrics so you may want to test it first. The enzyme stain remover they sell for pets also works well for blood.

I find pouring dish soap on the stain, let it sit a bit, then washing in cold water usually takes in out.

my mom always told me that the best way to get rid of blood stains is to run cold water in the sink and put the article of clothing in it and leave it there for a while. after you leave it in for a while take it out and wash the clothing. if not all the blood comes out then put shout on it before you wash it. it always works

id rub some washing up liquid on to it… yes the type you use for dishes ;)

leave it a few hours to penetrate, rub some more on and wash

OxyClean has worked for me. Just soak it in some oxyclean and water.
