Im haveing my period and I was wondetring how much you blaot before hand? Like how much to you gain in all around this time
you don't gain weight when bloating it may feel like it but you don't put weight on from your period, now if your eating a lot while on your period it doesn't digest as fast so therefore the food is sitting in your stomache for awhile which may make it feel like you are fat or are gaining weight.

You don't really gain weight, although the bloating might make you a pound or so heavier -it's only temporary.
As for how much you bloat, well that varies from one girl to another and there are several factors that affect it, so nobody can give you an accurate answer for that.
You can gain up to 5 pounds allthough the usual is about 2-3 pounds. Don't worry about it. Everywoman goes through the bloating stage.
Well I find that hard to believe as I put on about 2 pounds everytime I am on.
