What are some good birthday presents to give my dad?

That depends on what he likes. If he has any hobbies, give him something that is related to one of those. If he likes fishing, give him fishing equipment. If he likes a certain sort of music, give him a ticket for a concert. If he plays with miniature trains, give him some toy trees and toy houses to decorate his tracks….

If all other options fail, ask him what he likes or give him a gift coupon for amazon or a similar place where they have almost everything.

Dads in general are pretty easy to please and they often don’t expect a ton of money to be spent on them. My husband loves it when his daughter presents him with a plate of home made cookies, for example, or a selection of his favourite chocolates (and in his case there are a lot to choose from). . The most important thing when you give him something, is that it shows you were thinking of him and went to SOME effort. Have fun with it. How about a giant coffee mug with some little odds and ends inside it, lottery ticket, flashlight, screwdriver, nail clippers… wrap it in cellophane and tie it up with lots of curly ribbon.
