Ortho Tri-Cyclen is a good one it reduces acne, prevents pregnancy AND is good for weight loss as well. But to answer your question everything depends on the person really, there are a lot of birth control methods that clear acne but it depends on the person really.

As someone else said though the doctor will choose one that is best for you. You do not get to choose which one you go on they decide by the circumstances and the individual.
