I want my muscles to get bigger but what are the best foods to eat without making me put on lots of weight, does anyone know how to gain muscle quickly but without getting fat?? exercises?
well to get musels you have to lift weights and do crunches and sit-ups
and you should eat lots of vegetables and fruits to make you full so you wont eat lots of meat by dinner time and you should only drink water
this is what your daily meals should be
breakfast:cornflakes or fruit salad lunch:regular salad but no dressing on it, thats fat dinner:eat ony chicken and fish but grill it or bake it no frying it and please dont eat red meat,shrimps,and pork they are not that healthy
and if you want snakes, eat fruits but drink lots of water because that will trick your brain into thinking your full
..You do understand muscle = Weight. Muscle is much heavier then fat so if you want muscles your gonna add on weight no matter what. And red meat will kill you its raw uncooked meat.. Dont eat it.
yes thanx I understand muscles, I know they weigh more than fat thats not the point... lol and lean red meat is good for yhu init if its cooked and has loadsa protein in it?
