Or is it better for you to sleep in (both having enough sleep time)?
I am not an expert on health, but am an early riser for a number of reasons: 1. I like the solitude of being up before everyone else. Being outside with the birds chirping and the sun low in the sky is very relaxing. 2. It is easier to accomplish tasks because there are fewer distractions. The result is less stress in your life when you get you “to do” list down to a manageable size. 3. I believe rising at the same time is better for you and over sleeping makes me groggy for a while. I always feel better all day when I wake up with the sun in my face. 4. Just like babies, I think it is good to be on a schedule for sleep. I am not because I travel a lot and sometimes go a week on 12 hours of sleep, which is defiantly not healthy.
lol, thanks guys :) but my question still remains to be one about HOW healthy (if any difference) compared to a late riser.(um, yeah i probably spelled riser wrong) =P haha, thanx for your opinions anyway
you get more out of the day, then just sleeping in and health wise , says that sleeping is good for your body so only get up when your ready don't force yourself.
