Antioxidants, it lowers your levels of bad cholesterol quite considerably, boosts endorphins and has been shown in studies to help you live longer! And it tastes amazing. There is usually less sugar in it too, compared with milk chocolate, which is always a good thing.
dark chocolate can lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, it contains serotonin, a natural mood-boosting anti depressant, and they have antioxidants which are really good for the heart.
Dark chocolate has cancer fighting properties and is full of wonderful anti-toxins. It just needs to be over 79% dark chocolate and of course eaten in moderation.
it has antioxidants, it's much healthier than milk chocolate, the darker, the healthier. not to mention the obvious YUM factor in it :)
YES I LOVE DARK CHOCOLATE, it is so much better than any other chocolate i have tasted to this point.
