Yes, they do help you if you do them correctly. (Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth)
- They help if you have asthma,
- They can help for snoring
- And they help to calm you down.

YES!! It puts more oxygen into your system…..good for your innards…your muscle mass………….and wonderful for calming the mind…..
and b sure your exhales are longer than your inhales…,
