Belimic friend :'( help

I have a friend that is belimic.she isnt fat at all but people in school and her parents are calling her fat.she purges even through she doesnt eat at all.im scared because she has had a bad past and I mean really bad and she is going through a lot of depression…help please :’(

I honestly think the best thing to do is tell on her. Not in a mean way, in the way that one friend cares for another!

She can only help herself. Just leave her to work through her stuff and be there if she needs to talk. So long as she isn’t losing over 10% of her body weight, I wouldn’t worry.
