Being dellusional.

Does any other fellow insomniac out there have easier job falling asleep onse they become dellusional? .. Because I do.. when I become delussional from lack of sleep.. my problems and everything turns into an object and.. they become easy to ignore.. its like if a hulear bomb suddenly turns into a tree.

Not a problem anymore. I actually love being dellusional because.. when I am.. the world I imagine myself in.. is pretty happy and cheerfull

. Maybe for some.. being dellusional is actually a defensive side effect of not having enough sleep? So it can put the person to sleep quicker and easier?

I cannot tell you how important sleep is to our bodies it’s an essential part of our survival. What’s your definition of delusional? It appears to me you’re functioning and are able to write, in this case type. I’m a classic case of an insomniac but truth be told, the reason we don’t fall a sleep as others is because we’ve already programmed our minds that “tonight I’m not going to sleep” crap. I think it’s sad to live in a pretend world thinking that you’re happy and cheerful. That’s your illusion, you think you’re happy and cheerful but in reality you’re aching for sleep. Trust me, you will fall a sleep when you’re tired or loose your mind, so choose wisely.
