im tryna lose weight for the summer I gained a lot of weight in my tummy from not eating right and drinking too much, how can I lose weight from just my stomach and back???
I lost four kilos in three weeks just by not drinking alcohol and eating a lot of fish and veges. Drink 2 litres of water a day. Also Jogging is a great way to lose weight.The only problem with running is that you lose your boobs and I got too skinny so now that I am my ideal weight I cycle or dance. And don't forget a good posture helps suck in your tum. Hope you got some ideas from ths. Kat7
