YAY!!! I love people who at least consider becoming vegan/vegetarian!!! Ok, when you become vegetarian you first need a testing week. That means try not to eat a lot of meat. Try to ignore cravings. This will probably not make you eat meat for a few days http://www.meat.org and click on ‘MEET YOUR MEAT’.

Haha, you don’t HAVE to eat nuts. Being a vegetarian comes with a lot of pluses! You usually live 10 years longer than people who eat meat. You have less risk of getting heart disease too!

You’ve probably heard of Peta? Well go to there website they have some neat links and things about vegetarians. like here: http://www.goveg.com

And Lastly, Being a vegetarian will become easy. I started 2 weeks ago and I feel way better. You just have to say ‘NO’! to meat and eat some icecream!!! Good Luck :)

Depending on what you are against, you may want to allow eggs in your diet. Also vitamins will help.

Answer #4

you need to get lots of protein, which most people get from meat. You can get it from beans like lentils, chick peas. kidney beans or from tofu. if you dont already, take a multi-vitamin. and maybe do some research, are you going to eat a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet, or be vegan? vegan’s dont even eat ANY animal products and most candy had gelatin in it, which is made from animal fat.
