Assuming you are talking about women, that's a a tough call. Both can be adorable, but if I had to choose, I'd go with the dimples I guess. Can I just pick both?
I like dimples on a girl, Although I have a beauty spot on the bottom and top lip and I don't think they're beautiful but that's just me.
hmmm i have got the beauty spot. But i really think dimples are hotter... Expecially on a guy. On a girl maybe the beauty spot.

I'd probably say beauty spot for both male and female, providing it isn't too prominent.
