Ok last year in school, I could hold it until I got home. But over the summer I started drinking almost 2 gatorade bottles at horseback riding. So now in school about 4th period, after lunch I seriously have to go! And I dont even get a drink in the morning, but if I do its like a sip. And at lunch I barely drink anything either. So when or if I have time in 5th period I go. But I only have so many passes for the trimester. I dont like going to the bathroom at school especially when the bathroom has no door, its like a little walk in thing. I feel like everyone can hear me. I think in grade school I barely ever went to the batrhoom and I was trying to keep it up through high school. But its not just at school. I go like all the time at home.
Someone please tell me whats going on and how do I fix it?
I know you probably don't want to hear this...but it's really unhealthy to not drink and not pee :(
Your body needs it to flush out the bad stuff. It's normal and healthy. You're at risk of becoming dehydrated or getting a urinary tract infection if you don't drink or pee enough.
So, how about this. You drink normal amounts and don't worry so much about peeing. When you feel like you have to go, go in between classes or during your lunch so you don't use up all your passes. And if you feel like someone can hear you, hum a little song or play something on headphones so that you are in your own little world and the sound masks the peeing a bit.
