How do I look for other bands, either with an open position or forming?

I don’t mean going on websites built to look for musicians. I mean, when it comes to advertisement. Where can I look online, or is there anywhere not online I can look for a band that’s either forming orhas an open position?

online i do not know but if there are any cafes or any places that have a open mic night or amateur hour you should go there and watch the performances and perform yourself so that others can see you.

Go to music shops and look at ads there. I would think there would be a lot there. Ask around. Go to coffee shops, cafes, and/or bars if you’re desperate.

Rainbow Music, Robert M. Sides. Those are the one’s near my town. a chain is Mencheys. I’m sure any music stores will have ads or you could just go to a music store and ask the workers there.
