How can I naturally get rid of bags under the eyes?

Im turning 15 in november and…I have dark, dark, circles under my eyes. Any ideas on what I can do (this is natural) other than get enough sleep. (im going to start gettin more sleep…which is around 8-9 hours) I also decided to try drinking more water. Oh and… will 7 hours of sleep still be good enough ? or does it have to be 8

Some of the possible causes are:

* Allergies, food and cosmetic allergies cause bags under the eye.
* Water retention is another reason why you accumulate water under your eyes.
* Tired eyes
* Rubbing of the eyes
* Salty foods
* Smoking
* Vitamin K deficiency

i put vasaline around my eyes everynight before i go sleep. It works wonders and leaves them soft too :)
