How do I get rid of constant bags under eyes?

If you buy Vitamin E tablets, the soft jell ones. Take a needle and poke one of the jell caplets. Squeeze some of the oil on your finger and rub it in under your eye. Vitamin E is very good for your skin, it helps heal wounds make scares fade and reduce swelling. It will be kind of sticky but just rub it in and let it air dry. Do this before you go to bed every night, and hopefully the dark coloration will fade and the swelling if any will reduce. Hope this helps.
