Did anybody have a really bad smell in their mouths when their braces came off?

It due to either plaque build up from not taking care of your teeth properly while they were on or cavaties or gum disease…either way your dentist needs to be seen after you get your braces removed to check for these problems, which are the most commen cause for bad breath.

I cant remember if i did or not but you might need to check that out with your dentist or even ask you orthodontist i know from experience that brushing my teeth with braces was really tiring and alot of work so i could be from a lack of not brushing your teeth the right way

I did…And i took extra care of my teeth. And nothing was wrong with my teeth, maybe its the things you eat, or maybe you dont brush your teeth the right amount of times each day? Do you floss everyday? But i agree, you should get checked by your dentist.
