Well I know when I workout really heavy and do not eat enough bananas I get cramping, but it is more in my arms and legs. Good thing I don't do that anymore. :-)
Lack of water, gas, change in diet. I have only got cramps from running when I have not drank enough water.
No problem, I also know when I do cramp up I like to work it out in the GYM, this seems to always work.
I go to the gym at the least 5 times a week so maybe I will work my abs a little more today
What about potasium cud that be a cause? I mean lack of it
Could be wind try doing some squats xox
