doesnt no if shes producing enough milk

my sister is breast feeding but she doesnt no if shes producing enough milk. does anyone no what she should be producing or how much the baby should be getting a day?

some woman can not produce enough milk and some woman are dried up even after having the baby. Your body adapts to the baby’s need to feed so the more your sister feeds her baby the more milk her body will produce to support the baby’s appetite. I know because my son is 23 months old and I breast feed him until he was 22 months old. My milk was abundant at the beginning but the less my baby ate the less milk my body produce. Tell your sister the best way to produce milk is to pump it out into a bottle first than let the baby feed because the baby is 10 times better than a breast pump and also she will have more milk on hand.

she actually is using a breast pump every 2 hours for 15 min but shes only getting like 1once and a half. shes worried shell have to awitch to formula but she really doesnt wanna does anyone no how to produce more milk possibly?
