I have ok arms, but they are not muscley, so because I have very square shoulders it makes my arms look manly. Can I fix this? And Lose weight on my arms?
Tone arms are very sexy on both sexes. For women, they build fat on the back of their arms very easily and it comes off slowly so work your triceps and it'll tighten up the area =D
ivt the same problem but horseriding really good for all over toning but especially back of arms
