Are you using a fake christmas tree or live one this year?

I’ve heard that the live christmas trees can be dangerous. Are you using a fake christmas tree or live one this year? For us, we’re putting up a fake one - already did last weekend, in fact.

Answer #1

My dog actually chews on the branches of the live ones, so we’ve had a fake tree for a few years now. Also, even though they’re more expensive at first, eventually they pay for themselves and they’re soo much easier to put together! I love it.

We have been using “fake “ Christmas trees for about 15 years {we are on our third one}.They certainly pay for them selves in just 2 to 3 years. I have noticed the live trees are coming down in price here in South Carolina….I think if we had any young children in the household we would probly do the live thing

well yes real ones are dangeriuos they could burn with the crsitmass lights but they are very much in the chrismass spirit and they make ur house smell good. plus if u dont over due the lights and dont turn on the lights 24/7 just at night while ur at ur house. thats what im going to do anyways.
