Any suggestions or tips

I’ve got a stuburn stupid little fat roll on my stomach, and I’ve tried everything to lose it. Anyone have a tiop or something to help get rid of it…(or anything to loose the fat on the inner thiegh?) - that one is from my friend

I go to the gym, do sit ups and crunches. I run when I can. I’ve been eating smaller meals, like cuting down how much I put on my plate. cut bread out of my diet and all junk food. I’ll loose a few pounds but the roll is still there

I doubt you’ve tried everything… if you’ve tried EVERYTHING without success… then NOTHING will work.

last 3-4 years. I’ve been a gymnast for 13 years so I’ve always been really active, so it’s not a problem for me to exercise

Great… that means your problem is psychological. You’re being FAR too critical of yourself, and through any eyes but your own, your problem is probably non-existent.
