I was sexually assaulted and I'd love to get help because its starting to affect me allot, can someone please give me a site where I don't have to SPEAK to someone. I know it might seem like th3e easy way out but the internet really isnt the best place to get the help you need you do need to speak up about this and about what happened but not to just anyone you need to tell the people involves with your life, who it will also affect your parents are the first good place then a doctor also the police to report who did it and to help stop them from doing it again and if you feel like it, a counsellor or friend, teacher, ect that can offer you more advice on what to do and help you work it out sexual assault certainly isnt something you can deal with on your own and it wont go away by pushing it under the rug or by avoiding reality the best thing would really be to speak up about it and tell the people who care about you what happened
