What to do when mother hates you cause of sexuality (Please help!)?

Okay, so ever since my mother found out I was bisexual, which was about three weeks ago, she’s been treating my WAYY different. Keeping me at a distance, keeping sentences short, making excuses to avoid conversations, and the big one-not letting ANY friends come over OR letting me go anywhere, but school. Literally. Why is she acting like this to me? We used to be so close, until she discovered that. Now she’s treating me like a person that just happens to live in her house. Help please. -Ravie.

She is still getting use to the fact of who you are, let her ge used to it and coraporate with what she makes wants, she will get uset to the fact that she has a bisexual daughter and that she has to accept it if she realy loves you.

If your mother’s religious that could also be a possibility that it is against her faith but she might just need some time getting used to it and just make sure it’s a part of your life and talk to her about this distance your feeling if you guys were close before you should be able to talk to her about things going on in your life and make sure she realises this is who you are no matter if she likes or dislikes it.

Ravie, Ok look there is a few choices to make… you could either sit down with your mom and force her to tell you whats wrong or why it even matters who you like, and I mean force her dont take no for an answer make her tell you her thoughts and why she thinks them, or you could start to sneek around , you no sneek out sneek people in and get cought on purpos and then blame it on her for treating you like a different person when you are not, but I dont recomend that one unless you have tried the first on well first… I hope this helps-cal
