Any good exercises?
I think Rebounding one is the best trampoline exercise which helps us to improve balance, coordination and posture by stimulating our nerves. Recently, I purchase Upper Bounce Mini Foldable Rebounder trampoline from Happy Trampoline superstore for daily workout and I feel that I am highest beneficial of trampoline because it not only makes me fit and also my kids also who jump with me. I second the TV. We have COX cable, and get FitTv. There is something for everyone on there. And it is MUCH cheaper than any gym.
Pilates is really good, and see if you have an excersice channel on your t.v... those usually have good excersice programs.. :]
Lunges and Squats works all the muscles in your legs and tones your butt!!
You should do cardio.
