Any diet suggestions?

I am 14 years old standing at 5’3 & I weigh 120 pounds. I feel fat. I know most girls say that but I really am. I have exactly 3 huge rolls everytime I sit & when I stand I have a belly. I have tried several diets & the most I have lost was up to 116, then I gained everything back. Summer is here & I am so ashamed of going out in a bikini. Any suggestions?

I would say work out and eat right. It may be hard for young people your age but it does take time. As we tend to get older our body changes and slows down a lot. I say try not to eat a lot of candy or drink cokes. If you drink a lot of cokes try to limit your self to one a day. Dont eat a lot of things that has sugar and drink lots of water. Even if you have to work out once a day do it for 30 or so mins. Trust me it works. I was 145 and Im 26 and 4 11. I should be at 100-105. I started working out twice a day for 45 mins each time. I ate right and within 3 months I lost 20 pound. Im not at my goal but soon will be. It all takes time. I wish it happened over night but it just dont. if not working out isnt for you try doing a sport this summer
