Heh. I think I just answered the question you’re referring to. I’ll paste part of my answer, as it’s pretty much the same problem. You’re probably not sticking to a specific sleep schedule. The important thing is to be consistent from day to day,

If you’re waking up early in the morning, just stay up; don’t go back to sleep. If you’re not waking up early, set your alarm for eight hours every night and stick to it. After a few days your sleep schedule will adjust and you should feel more alert. Resist the urge to go to go to sleep early (or late). You’re trying to train your body, and it’s easier if you just pick the schedule you want to end up with and stick to it.

It’s OK to take one nap a day, but set your alarm for fifteen minutes. Go much over that and you’ll start interrupting your sleep cycle again. If you take a nap, try quickly drinking an energy drink or cup of coffee before you fall asleep. It’ll kick in just as you’re waking up, and you’ll feel even more refreshed.

If I can’t fall to sleep, I use the On - The-Go - thingy on my ipod. and I play really slow and relaxing songs. and eventually I’m just so relaxed I just fall asleep. and since it’s the on-the-go-thningy. then I don’t have to worry about stopping the music :d

Hope my answer helps you :)
