Am I too thin?

Im 5 “8 and I weigh 114. I was 110, becuase I was really stressed, but I gained a few back recently. I used to be 125, but I ABSOLUTELY HATED IT! I always felt fat! and I never felt comfortable in a baithingsuit! After losing a lot of weight I feel a lot more confident! I feel like I can wear anything! I LIKE BEING THE WEIGHT THAT IAM! But my family keeps telling me I lost too much weight and I need to gain it back! I dont want to gain it back tho. Its really annoying theylkl look at me and say why are you so skinny? What should I do?

  According to the Adult weight chart, you should weigh between 126 and 154 pounds.   Maybe if you increase your exercise program you could tone up some of your muscles which might add a little weight and improve your wellbeing.

im the same way I am well 5’7 and 1/2 and I weigh 115 my family say’s the same things to me too but I feel fine im very active and stuff so I know im healthy and feel good so im happy. for me I just can’t gain weight I’ve tried… and it’s hard to see yourself as skinny, everyone see’s themselves different than everyone else see’s them I think you are too skinny I know I am but I’ve tried to gain weight be thankful you can if I where you I would

No. Really I dont think your 2 thin…I’m 5’0 and weigh 76lbs and Im 13.. Just keep in mind that your Beautiful the way you r!!!

I have a friend that is your height and she is about 135 lbs. and she has a beautiful body and she works out regulary and is by no means overweight or chunky! So I know you must look very thin. If you are HEALTHY and have good eating and exercising habits then I cant imagine why people would be constantly bugging you about your weight. Im 5’11 and if I weighed 125 I would look like a rail! Just dont be doing anything drastic to stay at your current weight…The only thing that matters is that you have a healthy mind, body , and spirit! :D
