Am I too Skinny?

I am 14 years old and I’m 5’4. I weigh 110 pounds and I am told constantly how skinny I am. I eat constantly, at least four full meals a day and snacks. I want to gain weight because I hate hearing my family complain. Am I too skinny?..and How can I gain weight (not muscle, fat).

You are exactly how you should be. That’s how you were made :) We all have different body types and shapes. Some of us are skinny, we can’t all be curvy. I’m also fairly slender so I can understand wanting curves. Don’t gain fat, it’s not healthy. Gain muscle. Drink protein once a day while working out with weights at the gym. Building muscle will make you thicker. You’ll be healthy and look healthy and feel much better about your body. Also, you’re very young. Your body still has many changes ahead. Try not to worry. <3

your excellent in that weight im too fat and shorter than you I weight 120lbs and im 4’11

Nope, you’re okay in my opinion. I’m also 5”4 and I weigh 115-120lbs (I’m 19). I also searched the healthy weight for your height and it’s 108-145lbs so you’re on the lower end but you’re only 14 so that’s okay.
