Am I to forgiving

All the time, when I go out with someone. They end up breaking my heart. But den when we talk about it dey say, well aye yew wanna get back togetha and I am all yea budee.. and I will do it plenty of times.. An I to forgiving

you can never be too forgiving. but forgiving people doesn’t mean you let them break your heart, it doesn’t mean you let them walk all over you and make you miserable. you shouldn’t let anybody do that to you. but you should forgive them but maybe not get back together with them. just be friends and wait till you find someone who will treat you the way you deserve.

I am very similar. Though I haven’t had a great deal of girlfriends, the ones I have had have hurt me through cheating, etc. And in both cases I tried to get back with them, only to be hurt again.

I have learnt that being forgiving can be a great thing, but that doesnt mean that you should put yourself out for people to step all over you. Before you easily take someone back, seriously think about what they have done, and what you should do.
