Am I A Victim of Child Abuse?

Well let’s see, my mom gets angry a lot. I guess you can say that I do some bad things. My mom cusses and uses all those words. Both parents slap/hit me. I know that it IS legal to spank your kids but I feel so weird as my friends say that they never get spanked at all. I think spanking is wrong and not a solution. My mom also calls me a wret*h but not always. I can totally agree that my parents are MEANER than others but is it abuse?

well sorry…hitting your kids is not a crime its disipline.If you have bruses and marks and you have to hide them then that is abuse to me. If you were being abused I would NEVER call a hotline number they will ruien your life they did it to my friend she was taken away for a year and then when she came back I didnt even no who she was anmore. she was completley changed she didnt even talk so I would not recomend doning that. Just talk to some friends or friends parents about the sitiuation it would help trut me

well I was a child abused kid myself my dad used to beat me,choke me,hit with his fist on my thighs I still got scars on my legs,he even rape me when I was 7 but my abuse didn’t start when I was 7 it started around when I was about 3yr up until was 12.my mom she was there at he house but he would abuse her to like cussing her out every since day over nothin.he even tried to kill me and my mom one night I think I was about 7 1%2 and me and my mom was sleep and he got up when unto the kitchen and turned on the stove and oven and it was so much smoke inside our house that you would have just struck one match it wouldv’e blowed us away.so after that my mom finally got tried of his bs because he was gonna to run her crazy and myself,she already knew he was crazy and lelf him and moved on.we got us a new place and everything away from him but every once in a while he would come back with a sob story talking about I’m sorry I didn’t mean it I was just drunk.and my mom would let him come back and see me again why I say me because my mom was through with him and didn’t ever care too see him again but so was I

yes this is a form of abue no one can hit slap or harm you in any why if you would like to find out more you can talk to someone on a child abuse hotline you dont have to them your name =)!!
