Why do i get alot of cheast pain when i excerise?

Answer #1

Your over-doing it and most likely not breathing properly. If you arent used to excersing its best to start out slow and work your way up to more difficult ones and longer routines. Also make sure that you warm up beforehand, stay hydrated, and dont push yourself too hard. If your in pain you need to stop for the day.

Acctuly i have been working out for the past idk alot Of years haha for like 2-3 days a week haha:)

Answer #3

Is it a symptom that you just started to notice recently? If you’re exerting more energy into more rigorous exercises, it could just be your cardio-system adjusting. Just as your muscles ache after the first few days of working out - your cardio-system is similar.

Answer #4

When working out, try to breathe more. Not only do you need to breathe more, but breathe correctly - in when you’re lowering the weight, out when pushing the weight. Also, it could just be a small symptom that your body isn’t fully adjusted to a new exercise, weight, or intensity of the exercise. I see this happen to people who go from 3 day workouts to 5-6 day workouts.

If it persists for more than two weeks, go see a doctor as it may be something more serious, such as a fracture. A person I knew kept working out heavily and complained that his back hurt. After months of training, he finally saw a doctor and he told the guy that he had scoliosis. Just precautioning you that it could be serious.
