Alcohol how long to get through my system?

How long does it take for two bottles of beer to get outa your system?

Will it hurt my running? I thought Prefontaine and Bill Rodgers drank didnt they?

it takes the average metabolism an hour to burn off one drink … One drink meaning :

1 beer (or bottled drink 12oz) 1 shot of liqour (1oz) 1 glass of wine or spritzer (5oz)

so about 2 hours if your normal :)

2 bottles isn’t much at all. you’ll be perfectly fine.

2 bottles of beer is like nothing it wil;l prob be outtta your systm the day after you drink it and it wont hurt your running if you dont drink often
