well caffeine isnt good for young kids period. i wasnt alowed to drink coffee and tea of any sort till i was about 10-12 yr old and even then it was really weak and i was alowed it only one time every few days.
Personaly i would give my kids fresh fruit and veg juices wich u can add mineral water to to make them like fizzy drinks.
Sometimes for the kids i baby sit i buy natural organic fruit syrups and add mineral water or even normal water and they love it (could tell the dif at all)
As a Chinese girl I began drinking tea from when I was a child. It's suggested though, that tea with caffeine be consumed by kids around the age of 12, and non-caffeinated around the age of 4. Green tea is amazing for you regardless, so really, I'd recommend drinking it.
Start with white tea. Then green tea. Then Oolong. Then black. But around 12 they will probably be able to stand the taste. Nothing in it is harmful for anybody. Nothing in standard tea that is.
I don't think it matters. If you're worried about caffiene, just buy decaffeinated. Little kids eat McDonalds and cookies and chips and drink soda- it can't be any worse than that.
just depends on the childs taste, im 14 almost and i hate tea but im starting to drink a tiny bit of fruit tea. like raspberry- i still kinda dislike itt but its ok if i had to
I began drinking when I was seven but I asked this because of my niece who is two months old and my sister wanted to know what age was right to start. Thank you for the answer
They should - at the very least - be able to hold their own cup without danger of burning themselves.
Um its good for everyone so it doesn't matter as long as its decaffeinated
We don't eat junk food lol. I guess the tea will be better than soda
Good for you! O: that's rare and actually really amazing.
