After I run..

I get horrible pains in my stomach, and I feel like puking.

It’s happened every time after I ran this week.. Why is this happening?

That happened to me when I played basketball in middle school. Usually, it’s a sign of working yourself too hard, too fast and overdoing it. I’d try taking a step back and only running 3-5 times, max, per week and running a bit less each session to see if the nausea goes away.

If it doesn’t, then please see a doctor.
