What is the best advice you've ever given or recieved?

I think that the best advice that I recieved was to stop living for everyone else. I use to be very quiet and anybody could control me and all that, till one of my friends told me to stop living for everybody else, to live my life, to be myself, to not be afraid to do anathing. It was so good I got out of many things.

Treat everyone in the same way which you’d like to be treated in return. Put yourselves in their shoes and ask if you’d be okay with what’s going on if the roles were reversed. If you wouldn’t be okay with it, chances are they feel similar.

My cousin from Jamaica said that to me, and I followed suit, changed my college program to something that I had a passion for and I will never look back.
